Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Restaurant Assistant All-Rounder.

As an integral part of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for assisting in various front-of-house and back-of-house tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our establishment.


Responsibilities

Customer Service:
*Greet customers warmly and provide them with accurate menu information. *Assist customers in placing orders and ensure their needs are met promptly. *Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.


Food Preparation and Presentation:

  • Assist in food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate assembly of food orders.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.

Cleaning and Maintenance:
*Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. *Assist in the cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils. *Monitor and replenish supplies as needed, such as condiments, napkins, and utensils.


Support Operations:

  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Miscellaneous Tasks:
*Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the restaurant. *Flexibility to assist in various roles within the restaurant as needed.


Requirements:

*Prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. *A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Available shifts and compensation:
