We are seeking a skilled Fence Repair Laborer to join our team and contribute to maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess damage to residential fences and determine the best course of action for repairs.
Dig holes for fence posts, mix and pour concrete, and set posts.
Repair or replace damaged fence panels, posts, and hardware.
Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain and operate companyprovided tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fence repair and installation, preferably with a fence company.
Strong understanding of various fencing materials and repair techniques.
Ability to dig holes and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
