- Full-time: 84 hours per two-week pay period
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Week 1: Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday
- Week 2: Thursday, Friday, Tuesday, Every Other Saturday and Sunday Worked
- Part-time: 40 hours per two-week pay period
- Monday - Friday, 6 am - 10 am
- Two years of customer service experience in a hospital or service industry
- High school diploma/GED
- Establishes a courteous and respectful demeanor with patients, visitors, and
- Verifies patient appointments and communicates with colleagues for appointment details
- Enforces institutional visitor policies and designated screening processes
- Greets patients and visitors, assists in navigation, and monitors building entrances
- Utilizes security technologies, including visitor management and passive weapons detection systems
- Works varied hours, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends with rotating days off
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Conflict management and resolution skills
- Training in AVADE, Verbal Judo, and/or SIRA
- Understanding and use of software programs and security-related equipment
- High school diploma/GED
- Two years of previous customer service experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industry
- English: Read, Write, Speak
