SP Cleaning Services, in Somersworth NH has immediate openings for cleaners, janitorial, and maintenance positions. We are a friendly, family-oriented business serving the Seacoast area since 2002. We are looking for dependable and dedicated workers.


Salary increases are based on performance and dependability. There are opportunities for advancement to Team Leader, which includes a pay differential, to individuals showing leadership skills and knowledge of their daily cleaning routines.


We work in teams of 2 or 3 led by a Team Leader to carry out daily cleaning of commercial common areas and offices, as well as unoccupied apartment turn overs.

The successful applicant must be able to work within a group, as well as independently.

  • Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to approximately 4:15 PM
  • No evenings or weekend work
  • Company vans provided
  • Company shirts provided
  • Paid weekly
  • Paid Holidays
  • Vacation and sick time after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities include:
- clean common areas, such as entryways, stairways, and hallways
- clean club rooms, exercise rooms, and laundry rooms
- clean and stock common bathrooms, kitchens, empty trash
- clean empty apartments for move-in / move-outs
- maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude


Qualifications:


  • No prior experience required
  • Strong understanding of cleaning procedures
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership skills
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience is a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
