As a Sourcing and Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and service levels
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on sourcing options
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize procurement management systems to track and report on sourcing activities

• Identify and engage with potential new suppliers to broaden our network and decrease operational costs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with both new and existing suppliers to ensure favorable conditions for our company.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative processes to set up new vendors in our system.
• Maintain a steady flow of raw materials and services to meet production needs without interruption.
• Work closely with the production and finance departments to align sourcing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to adjust sourcing strategies as needed.

• Proven experience in sourcing and procurement. Experience in sourcing for food and beverage companies is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing costeffective agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with business partners and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a sourcing or procurement role preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
