Are you currently studying and looking to gain experience in process optimization and work organization? Are you interested in applying your theoretical knowledge in practice? Then you've come to the right place. We are currently looking for an interested intern or working student to join our team in the field of Lean Management.

Your Challenge. What to Expect

  • Supporting operational managers in implementing the Shopfloor Management Standard
  • Independent planning and implementation of Lean projects in the production area
  • Further development of standards, methods, and processes
  • Creating presentations, templates, and instructions
  • Training of employees and operational managers, e.g. Excel
  • Assisting in organizing and conducting workshops
  • Direct support of production management

Your Profile. What You Bring

  • Studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, business administration, or a similar field
  • Knowledge in production, Lean and project management is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Team and communication skills
  • Enjoyment of independent work
  • Excellent German language skills
