Job Description JOB TITLE - Engineering Support Specialist (Order Management / Product Data Management )**
LOCATION - South Bend, IN

Duration - 3-6 Months Contract (Extendable)

Shift - 1st Shift (8-5)

PAY RATE:
$28/hr

Description:

Evaluate parts in our Product Data Management system for the following:
Export & HTS Codes
Correct Design Authority
Identify disconnected parts in our Product Data Management system (that exist in our Order Management System)
Evaluate parts in our Order Management System for the following:
Correct Design Authority
Locate native files required for processing Engineering Change Notices.
Update basic meta data for parts and documents in our Product Data Management system.
Download marked prints from our Product Data Management system for review and updates.
Create new part/document revisions in our Product Data Management system.

Assists all levels of engineers with their tasks and assignments.

May require an associate degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
