- Experience with full cycle recruiting or similar role and knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a plus.

- Highly organized and focused.
- Experience using social media, resume databases and professional networks.
- Ability to understand the different roles within the organization and coordinate with leadership to identify hiring needs.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System to post jobs, source qualified candidates, access their data, including resumes and contact information, and manage the screening, interview, and selection process.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams and Zoom.
