We are currently seeking a Technical Writer (m/f/d) for exciting tasks in Mechanicsville, PA.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Writer (m/f/d) include:

  • Coordination and collaboration in the creation of technical documentation, specifically user manuals
  • Definition and prioritization of topics for user documentation to be implemented by external partners
  • Userfriendly description of product changes
  • Participation in development projects
  • Planning, tracking of deadlines, and status reporting
  • Instruction and management of internal and external support
  • Adherence to quality and deadline goals
  • Coordination of approvals according to internal processes and tools
  • Coordination of translation of technical documentation
  • Participation in the creation of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOP)

Your profile:

  • Completed technical or scientific education or degree with relevant qualifications
  • Several years of professional experience in creating user manuals or their application/training in the medical/laboratory technology field
  • Experience in managing internal and external service providers
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Team and communication skills as well as flexibility
