YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility and management of our commercial vehicle center in Oldenburg
  • Development of processes, goals and their implementation in collaboration with management
  • Optimization of customer relationship management
  • Support of key customers, sales promotion
  • Ensuring, designing and expanding quality standards
  • Communication with external service providers and internal departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have
    _either_ completed a technical education, ideally with a degree as a master mechanic, as well as a commercial training, ideally as part of a degree program
-
_or_ completed a commercial education, also ideally with a completed degree and a high level of technical affinity in the field of commercial vehicles

  • You have initial professional experience in a comparable leadership position or sufficient professional experience to take the next career step
  • You have a high level of communication and negotiation skills
  • You have the ability to lead others and a high level of empathy in dealing with customers and employees
  • You have a strong focus on results and goals
  • You approach conflict situations in a solutionoriented manner, taking into account the interests of the company and customers
  • You always keep an eye on both sales and aftersales areas
  • You have knowledge of MS Office and IT systems for executives, such as market data exchanges, controlling and statistical tools
  • You feel connected to the region and know your economic area
