Woodville 'Dynamic Solutions' is looking for a Project Manager to lead national and international complex projects (with a volume of approximately 10M€) within the "Simulation Solutions" department.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Your responsibilities will include robust and efficient project planning, task delegation, and leading the project team using Integrated Project Monitoring and Control methods while adhering to internal processes.

You will also be responsible for managing interdisciplinary project teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration, and managing subcontractors.

Additionally, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners and clients, developing and implementing product strategies, and incorporating "lessons learned" into project execution.

You will also be responsible for actively managing risks and opportunities, ensuring resource availability, and promoting strong claim and waiver management.

You will work on proposal development and prepare and deliver presentations for management and clients.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, excellent communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, a strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and organizational skills.

Occasional business trips may be required.
