- Manage Mission Assurance Managers and Supplier Performance Management teams across multiple sites.
- Develop and execute a staffing plan for a unified Center team.
- Establish a comprehensive mission assurance plan aligned with contractual requirements.
- Communicate quality risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Lead corrective action implementation and root cause investigation.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with quality management systems.
- Prepare for evaluations and implement ISO requirements.
- Support proposal BOEs across the NGMC.
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years or a Masters degree with 7+ years of related experience.
- 5+ years of team lead and/or people management.
- Proven effective leadership and team building skills.
- Strong strategic thinking ability.
- Demonstrated innovative behaviors and critical thinking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and demands efficiently.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.
- Experience in driving risk mitigation and driving cultural change.

The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Microelectronics Center (NGMC) is on the lookout for a Mission Assurance Manager 3. This position will be based in Linthicum, MD, overseeing the Advance Packaging Quality team in Apopka, FL, and the Microelectronics Quality team in Redondo Beach, CA, reporting directly to the NGMC Operations Director.
