Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Proactively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decisionmakers, demonstrating the value proposition of our products or services. Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals.
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customercentric approach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 35 of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fastpaced environment.
- Social network within Semiconductor industries is the PLUS
- Prefer be in San Diego, CA or willing to relocate.
