Electric Connector Technology (ECT) is a connectivity solutions provider and is one of the largest RF cable/connector manufacturers in China.

We are expanding globally and currently have openings in the US market. ECT manufactures RF connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, shield can, and automotive connectors (Fakra).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the client base and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives, including market analysis, competitor research, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to key decisionmakers, demonstrating the value proposition of our products or services. Negotiate terms and agreements to close sales deals.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customercentric approach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 35 of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fastpaced environment.
  • Social network within Semiconductor industries is the PLUS
  • Prefer be in San Diego, CA or willing to relocate.

From $120,000.00 per year
