We are looking for a communicative and technically savvy Claims Adjuster for a long-term position in full-time at our successful and internationally operating logistics company located in 28203 Bremen. Here are your responsibilities

  • Independently handling liability insurance claims
  • Efficiently planning and coordinating the use of experts to assess the claims
  • Thoroughly investigating the extent and cost of damages and determining appropriate compensation, taking into account assigned authorities
  • Proactively communicating with claimants, lawyers, and internal corporate entities to ensure smooth claims processing

What you bring to the table

  • Completed degree or training in insurance and finance or a comparable qualification
  • Technical understanding for reviewing and evaluating cost estimates and repair invoices
  • Willingness to quickly learn new systems, such as a claims management system
  • Strong English skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
