Premier Home Health Care Services, Inc. is a leading established Home Health Care Agency.

We currently have an opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator to support the Brooklyn team in our NYC LCHSA Department.


Key Functions include:


  • Participation in general office administrative operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain client schedules efficiently and appropriately.
  • Interact with agency contracts and implement the Contact Strategy
  • Manager client/contract satisfaction with appropriate customer service, communication and follow up.
  • Supervision and oversight of all branch field paraprofessionals
  • Conduct supervisory visits in compliance with NY regulations and specific contract requirements.
  • Branch liaison between office members to ensure appropriate communication and smooth workflow.
  • Assist in the preparation of office operational plan and participate in plan implementation.
  • Support operations manager with intake coordination tasks from all referral sources

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred or equivalent home health care experience of at least two years.


  • Bilingual English

  • Spanish required.
  • Ability to use computerized systems.
  • Satisfactory verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

$ $21.63 per hour
