Position:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Home Improvement Sales Representative to join our sales team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building relationships with homeowners and providing them with personalized solutions for their home improvement needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct inhome consultations with homeowners to understand their needs, assess their needs.
Present product demonstrations and samples to showcase our products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home improvement or related industry.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust customers.

- *Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to sales.
- *Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and personal goals.

Detailoriented with strong organizational skills to manage leads, & followup activities effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
