Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. This person would provide essential support to our attorneys in handling personal injury cases.

Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of legal procedures will be crucial in ensuring the success of our clients' cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from case inception to trial preparation
• Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Organize and maintain case files and documents using document management systems
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to obtain necessary documentation
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates and progress

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
• Proficient in file management and organization
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong proofreading and attention to detail
• Project management skills to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
• Familiarity with legal drafting techniques
• Experience working with document management systems
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures
