Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical/Filing/Data Entry Specialist. This is a key leadership role that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for driving results.


Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are accurately labeled and stored for easy retrieval.
• Perform data entry tasks to input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Record events on the team calendar and ensure that everyone is up to speed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in clerical, filing, or documentation roles, with a strong understanding of office procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external parties.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Housing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
