    Position Overview

    MetroPlusHealth is searching for a dynamic Business Transformation Lead to revolutionize our traditional business operations, introduce new capabilities, and enhance operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, drive initiatives like transitioning to a new Core Processing System, manage the CRM solution's product roadmap, and support business expansion opportunities. Working closely with operations and IT teams, the Business Transformation Lead will spearhead enterprise-wide process evolution, fostering adaptability and responsiveness.

    This role reports directly to the Vice President of Business Transformation and requires a passion for operations, technology, data, transformation, and innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and implement large-scale transformation programs aligning with organizational goals
    • Engage with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to transformation
    • Manage requests for transformation products like Salesforce
    • Create and maintain project plans with milestones, resources, and risks
    • Identify and address risks and issues with mitigation plans
    • Facilitate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely deliverables
    • Generate reports on program progress, risks, and decisions
    • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency
    • Implement change management strategies and training plans
    • Review and optimize business processes
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and best industry practices
    • Drive consensus and innovation across stakeholders
    • Adapt to shifting priorities and demands

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
    • 5-7 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in healthcare operations preferred
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Innovative mindset with a focus on driving change
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
