About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Your expertise will help ensure that our inventory is managed effectively, orders are fulfilled accurately, and shipments meet their deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including setting work schedules, monitoring performance, and conducting training.
• Ensure standards for quality, health and safety, and compliance are met.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space requirements to increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure products are received and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Implement inventory management systems and conduct periodic checks to verify inventory levels against system records.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of labeling, barcoding, and inventory tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency in stock management.
• Develop processes that increase productivity and enhance safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar management role.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including expertise in labels, barcodes, and inventory tracking systems.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage staff.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.
