    Summit Home Care New Jersey -

    SUMMIT HOME CARE is looking for an LPN or RN in the Bloomingdale area. 19 yr old male with a Gastrostomy Tube. Quadriplegic and seizure protocol.


    Hours include: Mon-Fri 7a-3pm. (some school hours/some home hours)


    We are a full-service PDN agency with an immediate need for LPN or RN's to work with our clients. We have tons of options for work; we offer full-time and part-time options with nights, days, or weekend hours available. This opportunity awaits motivated and ambitious professionals looking to work with a great agency.


    Private Duty Nurse ( LPN / RN ) Responsibilities:

    • Follow a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager

    • Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC

    • Monitor clients' conditions and report accordingly

    • Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders


    Private Duty Nurse ( LPN / RN ) Requirements:

    • Current license in the state

    • Up to date first aid and CPR certification

    • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
