- 2 years experience in Assisted Living recommended
- RCFE Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fingerprint clearance as required by government regulations and negative TB test
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work related situations
- Assist with the hiring, training, performance management and supervising of staff.
- Supervision responsibilities include handling calloffs, monitoring overtime ensuring shift duty list is complete, scheduling breaks and meals for staff, ensuring adequate supplies are available and ensuring residents' personal items are properly and securely stored.
- Assist caregivers in the performance of their job requirements and assume caregiver activities when needed.
