Requirements (

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant service.
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling reservations or inquiries over the phone
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
