Utilizing a customerfirst focus, build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships, anticipate customer needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and overall customer satisfaction.
Input and manage new item and new facility setups in customer portals. Maintain current items and facilities in customer portals. Learn and utilize new programs and portals for each customer.
Track key account and performance metrics. Prepare adhoc and standardized reports on account status.
Monitor all customer inquiries and assist with resolutions. Provide support to managerial operations
Set up and manage marketing materials, product briefs and product specification sheets for current and new SKU's.
Review and approve sales and marketing information throughout systems within the organization.
Aid in maintaining timelines for newly awarded products. Serve as a lead point of contact for newly awarded product process. Ensure products are delivered to customers according to schedules and customer needs.
Work with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territories.
Review and approve final art work.
Coordinate the shipment of samples to customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study.
Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years account management or related experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
Excellent organizational, time management and detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and or projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent leadership, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google Docs and CRM platforms.
Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, and social media marketing.
