We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team and provide support to our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, managing incoming and outgoing mail, filing documents, and providing administrative support to the staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct incoming calls.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
Provide customer service to clients and visitors.

Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.

Qualifications:

Typing Skills
Computer Literate
High School Education, GED
