We currently are searching for a
FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST, POSITION WILL BE AT KINGWOOD FUNERAL HOME, KINGWOOD, WV. This is the opportunity to be part of Mountain Funeral Group and Our Family of Local Funeral Homes, Bartlett, Bolyard, Davis, Davis

• Salem, Davis

This position interacts directly with client families during their time of need and is responsible for creating and maintaining a premier level of client family satisfaction.

The Front Desk Receptionist will answer incoming calls and assist with appointments and walk-in families.

• Answers all incoming phone calls.
• Relays messages in a timely manner.
• Greets and receives client families and/or other persons entering the office for information and assistance.
• Directs calls to appropriate team members.
• Maintains a friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all persons entering the location.
• Assist with service preparation, including printing service materials, setting up portraits, etc.
• The position does require some evenings and every other weekend.

• Must pass a background check
• Must possess a valid driver's license, with no moving violations
• Business Professional Attire REQUIRED (i.e. suits, slacks, blouses, no jeans, revealing clothing, etc.).
• Clean dress/ grooming standards are a must
• No drug use, drug tests may be required.
• This is a very demanding job that is not a good fit for everyone, however, those of us in the industry love what we do.

Our Family of Local Funeral Homes consists of Bartlett, Bolyard, Davis, Davis

• Salem, Davis

-West Union, Dorsey, Kingwood, Morgan, and Affordable Funeral Homes with onsite crematory along with pet funeral home and crematory.

• A progressive, independentlyowned group of nine funeral homes, serving over 900 families each year is located in an area of North Central West Virginia.

Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 48 per week
