    Delivery Lead

    **Delivery Lead**

    SkillStorm is seeking a Delivery Lead for our client in Jersey City, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

    **Job Description:**

    Support the program manager with BRD delivery, planning and reporting for Fundamental Review of the Trading Book (FRTB) IMA (Internal Model Approach).

    Act as the delivery subject matter delivery expert - own and develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed delivery plans covering not only technology development but also data quality controls and sourcing strategy, model submission and testing , User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model validation and where applicable ensuring regulatory testing and approval in close partnership with the CRO Regulatory Relations team.

    **Candidate Requirements (Including Years):**

    Must have demonstrated knowledge with deep FRTB IMA regulatory knowledge (or alternatively demonstration of understanding risk analytics / VaR implementation especially integrating full revaluation VaR and transforming market data timeseries)

    Experience gained by working within market risk or trading function working for a large bank and expertise in regulatory risk initiatives program delivery.

    Experience in delivering BRDs as well as complex risk programs are a key requirement of this role. The program manager is required to have traded products knowledge for example pricing and risk management as well as risk model implementation experience.

    End-to-end delivery experience is required. For example owning and establishing risk requirements, model submission and approval milestones, regulatory milestones as well as delivery of the technology and risk testing milestones and operationalizing the delivery.

    Advanced presentation and communication skills with presentation material design and experience in presenting and communicating to senior stakeholders.

    Impeccable attention to detail is required and a self-starter with ability to work independently as or participating in a cross-functional team environment.
