    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Private Label Staff.

    As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from intakes with managers, candidate sourcing to screening candidates.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle ad hoc projects efficiently.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
    Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates for various roles.
    Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
    Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process, including candidate shortlists and interview schedules.
    Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
    Manage and contribute to ad hoc recruitment projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling varying recruitment demands.
    Work on special assignments, such as talent mapping, market research, and competitor analysis, to support strategic recruitment initiatives.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in a staffing agency or recruitment firm.
    Strong work ethic, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
