What to expect at Pearson:

As a member of our team, you will advise our national and international clients from various industries on financial reporting and other strategic issues related to the CFO function.

You will be involved in consulting projects covering all topics along the CFO agenda in accounting and controlling, such as operational business planning, budgeting, and performance management.

You will also contribute to the development of innovative solutions for a wide range of accounting, reporting, and planning issues, including system and process optimization for financial statements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and expand your expertise in controlling and reporting, while working closely with experts from the Mazars network in an international environment.

You will also have the chance to broaden your knowledge in related areas and explore other consulting fields.

What we are looking for:

A degree in business administration or a related field, with a focus on accounting or controlling
Some practical experience (internship or working student position) in consulting or an industrial company, preferably with a focus on accounting and reporting, and basic knowledge of ERP systems and data processing
Enthusiasm for project work and a strong interest in controlling and/or planning
High level of initiative, team spirit, and analytical thinking skills
Enjoyment of serviceoriented work, unconventional ideas, and a good sense of humor
Excellent German and English skills, as well
