What do you bring to the table? As a member of our Problem Credit Processing team, you will be responsible for the proper and efficient handling of troubled and/or high-risk engagements.

Our goal is to reduce the likelihood of default through early action or, if necessary, to terminate and liquidate engagements.

- You will also be responsible for handling out-of-court debt restructuring procedures and insolvencies, as well as processing garnishments.

- In addition to processing individual cases, your tasks will include implementing risk-minimizing measures, maintaining data for transparent reports, and reporting.

You will also serve as a point of contact for our collection service providers.


Our requirements:



  • Completed training as a bank clerk
  • Basic experience in problem credit or loan processing
  • Business knowledge and expertise in lending
  • Initial exposure to legal and economic evaluation, acquisition, and realization of all standard bank collateral
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
  • Team player
