Description

We are looking for a a great caregiver who excels or aspires to lead other caregivers with outstanding communication, exciting positivity and high attention to detail.

• Oversees all residential care staffrelated functions at the assigned house site.
• Communicates regularly with directors and upper management.
• Monitors and maintains employee scheduling and time worked.
• Manages house site budget, petty cash fund, and resident funds.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of facility.
• Works with the maintenance department to communicate all facility maintenance issues.
• Oversees administrative, clerical recordkeeping, clinical record keeping, medication administration, transportation, and coordination of care duties at assigned home site.
• Communicates with all internal and external clinical, medical, and regulatory services.
• Attends client functions as scheduled and maintains regular client interaction.
• Oncall responsibilities, maybe shared with other qualified residential care staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
