    Who we are looking for The Converse Tech team is seeking individuals who possess:

    A solid grasp of our business; an understanding of how we create and move product, and how we serve customers

    An agile mentality; familiarity with delivery within an agile framework

    Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical business partners

    Technical literacy; a foundational understanding of critical technology concepts

    An analytical approach: ability to acquire, visualize and analyze data to inform decisions; and the ability to formulate and test hypotheses

    Customer focus with a passion for constantly improving support and the end user experience.

    What you will work on As the Retail Product Management Lead on the Converse Technology team, you will own the roadmap for our Retail platforms, working closely with cross-functional partners, vendors, and development squads. In the role, you will:

    Build, own and implement the roadmap for our Retail technology that help drive a seamless physical and digital retail experience (Inventory Management application, Workload planning, Workforce management, Traffic, Internal retail websites)

    Play avital role in supporting additional systems such as Point of Sale, Payment, Gift Card and in-store Clientelling applications

    Drive and facilitate the right discussions that identify business solutions in relation to the current and future technology landscape

    Partner with Global Operations and business partners to determine the priority of product enhancements across multiple geographies

    Partner with vendors and/or Nike Tech teams in key areas to accelerate our capabilities

    Work with other Technology Product Managers to coordinate the development of cross-platform features and align technical design and implementation

    Participate in agile activities (Standup, Estimation, Planning, Retro) and drive the planning process with business partners and delivery teams

    Responsible for the development and implementation of key features and enhancements to enable business objectives

    Manage QA & UAT activities to ensure timely delivery of features

    Collaborating with Release Management and Change Management teams to ensure successful on-time releases

    Support Production Support team as an escalation point for production issues

    Partner with the development team to resolve production, QA, UAT, and regression defects

    Support enterprise security protocols and processes

    Who you will work with This role reports to the Manager of Retail and Sales Product Management. You will work closely with engineers and QA members of the team, as well as partners in Store operations, Analytics, Finance, and key business partners.

    Bachelors degree or higher in Technology, Business, or a related field; or any combination or relevant experience, education and training

    In-depth technical knowledge of the retail industry, including knowledge related to network infrastructure

    Demonstrated experience in Technical Product Management activities including defining the vision for the product, creating a product roadmap, managing, and prioritizing the backlog, leading all aspects of the stages of design and development, developing user stories, liaising with the product team, and development teams to achieve sprint goals

    Ability to use solid communication and collaboration skills to build robust relationships with cross-functional partners and team members

    Ability to communicate with all levels of audience and build presentations for storytelling

    Proven knowledge and practice of agile principles

    Experience evaluating, collaborating with, and handling vendors

    What you bring Minimum requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tech Product Manager or a similar role

    Knowledge of retail operations and processes

    Passion for contributing to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
