    Software Engineer - Dallas, TX - $145,000

    Exciting Software Developer opportunity working for one of the most innovative and well respected Law Firms in operation in Dallas

    This opportunity will see you be a crucial part of a large digital transformation project, seeing you joining the team tasked with the development of complex customer software applications.

    Here you will be able to truly showcase your Java background, and your familiarity with each stage of the SDLC process.

    Key experience required:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of software development.
    • Experience working with Java, Spring framework.
    • Strong knowledge or working experience with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server.
    • Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
    • Experience working with web and application server technologies including Apache, Tomcat, ISS, , Nginx and J2EE.

    Key responsibilities include, but not limited too:

    • Develop enterprise-grade applications and databases with complex requirements as part of a team.
    • Develop and design RESTful services and APIs and/or message/event-driven architectures.
    • Understand and translate user requirements into functional application requirements.
    • Stay current and provide insight on cutting edge software approaches, architectures, tools, and platforms.
    • Must possess the ability to multi-task.
