To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Dresden, we are currently seeking a full-time Project Manager in the field of Operation & Maintenance in a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.

TRICERA energy specializes in the development, construction, and operation of medium (>100 kWh) to large (>2 MWh) battery storage systems and operates both in Germany and internationally.

Our goal is to actively shape an optimized, demand-oriented, and renewable energy supply worldwide.

But our greatest achievement is our amazing team, which now consists of nearly 80 employees.

Your responsibilities include:

Ensuring that the systems meet quality and performance goals during operation
Developing operational processes for maintenance and repair, as well as implementing them
Coordinating and monitoring maintenance and service orders, also in coordination with our customers
Negotiating framework contracts with suppliers
Leading the O&M team and conducting weekly team meetings
Reporting to management and project management, acting as a liaison between different teams
Developing training concepts for the training and further education of employees

You bring with you:

Completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in engineering or industrial engineering
