    The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the accounting team, developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, and producing accurate financial reports.

    This role is crucial in guiding financial decisions and maintaining the financial health of the organization.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial reporting:
    Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statementsEnsure timely and accurate reporting of financial information in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirementsProvide insightful analysis of financial performance and trends to support decision-making processesBudgeting and Forecasting:Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to develop accurate financial plansMonitor budget variances and provide recommendations to management for cost optimization and resource allocation

    Financial Operations Management:
    Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activitiesDevelop and implement efficient accounting procedures to streamline processes and improve accuracyMaintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations

    Cost Accounting:
    Perform analysis on existing cost data and evaluate its accuracy and relevanceDevelop/maintain detailed cost models for our various production linesDetermine costing rates and pricing strategies based on data analysisTeam Leadership and Development:Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackFoster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth within the team Audit and Compliance:Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirementsSend information to our tax consultants when requested for Tax complianceStay current with accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and standards Strategic Planning and

    Decision Support:
    Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and long-term plans for business growthProvide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investment decisionsQUALIFICATIONSBachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3-5 years in accounting or financial management roles, preferably in the manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAPProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of cost accounting in the manufacturing industryExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailLeadership and team management skills, with experience in managing and developing a teamEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesCommitment to integrity, ethics and confidentiality in handling financial informationMust be bilingual
