Front Desk Associate - Claremont, United States - Fitness 19
Description
Every shift will consist of greeting our members and guests with a welcoming smile and an energetic hello.It is extremely important that our Service Specialist team is happy to help at all times, ready to encourage our members to #doyou, trained to answer phones, prepared to assist with cleaning (a lot), having a customer first attitude, and building meaningful relationships with our members.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience with customer service preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer
- A passion for health and fitness
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Excited to meet and engage with others
Certifications/Education Level:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Work Environment:
- Be a 5 Points of Staff Focus ninja
- Some light lifting may be required (up to 50lbs)
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work a varied schedule to support the needs of your Fitness 19 team
- Use your skill of encouragement uplift other Fitness 19 Team Members
