What to expect:

Support for error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd level support)

Direct exchange with our manufacturers and service providers in finding solutions

Participation in on-call duty

Installation and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and server services

Monitoring system performance and performing updates

Ensuring data security and privacy, as well as maintaining documentation of the IT environment

What sets you apart:

You have a degree or completed training as an IT system administrator and have several years of experience in this field

You have experience with Windows
