Position Summary:
The Janitor will be responsible for keeping all three buildings clean by performing a variety of cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms, kitchens, windows, etc.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Carry out special projects.
- Maintain cleaning inventory.
- Notify management of needs of repairs.
- Make minor adjustments and repairs.
- Stock and maintain supply room.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Type:
- Full-Time
Hour:
- Monday
- Friday 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. with occasional weekends if needed.
- Must be flexible as hours will vary based on company's needs.

Education and Experience:
- High School or GED Diploma.
- 1+ Years of maintenance experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 1050lbs.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Quick thinker.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Excellent Time Management Skills.
Language(s):
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).

$ $25.00 per hour
