Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers warmly and attentively, providing expert advice and assistance with their pet care needs.
• Showcase our diverse range of products with enthusiasm, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers and drive sales.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues and fostering a supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Passion for pets and a genuine desire to enhance the lives of animals and their owners.
• Previous retail experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
