What can you expect?

  • You are an important link in developing our business, building and maintaining customer relationships
  • You play a central role in implementing and improving our order management, both internally and with customers
  • You process customer inquiries in coordination with the sales management and execute customer and purchasing orders
  • You independently handle all steps from order entry to production order
  • You communicate with customers regarding needs and scheduling

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a technical apprenticeship as a precision mechanic / industrial mechanic or a comparable training, alternatively a commercial training with a good sense for technology
  • You ideally have knowledge of the metal or mechanical engineering industry
  • You have gained experience in working with modern IT systems, such as ERP or Microsoft Office
