Commensurate with qualifications and experience
DESCRIPTION:
This position supports the Office of the Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Compiling data from a variety of sources; budget reconciliation; coordinating a variety of projects, functions and/or program components; maintaining a wide variety of manual and electronic document files and records; preparing and processing a variety of documents; procuring supplies and materials; researching topics; responding to variety of inquiries from internal and external parties; scheduling of activities; supporting assigned personnel by providing assistance with their job functions and responsibilities.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, flexibility and a high level of confidentiality.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma. College degree is preferred.
- Secretarial experience in a school environment preferred.
- Experience and a high level of proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point and Publisher, InDesign, Google, and PowerSchool.
