Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing the team responsible for handling inquiries from our print and digital subscribers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Acting as both a technical and disciplinary supervisor
  • Conducting employee meetings, providing feedback, and developing the team
  • Optimizing processes and workflows
  • Monitoring and interpreting KPIs and deriving appropriate recommendations for action
  • Acting as the interface between internal and external clients and partners

Your profile should include:

  • Completed commercial training and/or a degree
  • Previous experience in a similar position in customer service, customer support, or call center
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • High affinity for numbers and a processoriented mindset
  • Confident demeanor with excellent communication and assertiveness skills
  • Strong team player with the ability to inspire others
  • IT affinity and excellent MS Office skills
