Your tasks:

  • You support us in the area of active sourcing: You identify potential candidates for our advertised positions through various online platforms and social networks.
  • You contact the identified individuals in consultation with the recruiting team.
  • You actively participate in the planning, organization, and documentation of the recruiting process.
  • You also assist us in application management and correspondence with our applicants, as well as in organizing interviews.

Your profile:

  • You are currently studying with a focus on business or human resources.
  • You have excellent language skills in both German and English.
  • You are communicative, goaloriented, and have a high level of selforganization and willingness to learn.
  • You are looking forward to a pleasant working atmosphere in our offices in the city center of Bonn.
