At International Cooling Tower Inc. (ICT), we are committed to providing quality cooling tower solutions across North America. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Support Analyst to join our IT team.

Under the guidance of the IT Manager, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring our technology operations run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware and software across a variety of devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and manage hardware and software systems, including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal functioning of computer systems and networks.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT personnel.
  • Keep accurate records of IT equipment and assist in inventory management.
  • Participate in ITrelated projects as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Indepth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365, with at least 2 years of administration experience in MS Office 36
  • Experienced in Active Directory and Azure domain services.
  • Solid experience in supporting iOS devices (iPhone & iPad).
  • Understanding of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANS, Firewall management).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong independent work ethic, prioritization skills, and time management capabilities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):


  • Virtualization software (VMWARE), backup processes/software (VEEAM), SQL database support, analytics tools (Tableau), CRM and ERP systems, Firewall technologies (especially Fortinet), Linux servers, ticket management systems, hardware imaging tools, VOIP technologies, and a valid passport for potential travel to Canada.
