Glen park Senior Living is looking for a Caregiver to join our team.

Glen Park's mission is to provide quality dignified care and to create a supportive healthy social environment for our residents to thrive in.


Responsibilities:

-
Provide support to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, etc

Assist in serving meals and snacks at designated times
:

Participate in and support the Activities Program
:

-
Attend monthly and quarterly in-services offered by the facility, totaling one hour per month and twelve hours per year (eight hours per quarter)
:

Keep CPR and First Aid training current
:

For residents with developmental disabilities:

-
Align performance with the Program Design
:

-
Undergo specialized training for working with these residents
:

-
Achieve the objectives outlined in each resident's Individual Program Plan (IPP)
:

-
Maintain detailed progress notes towards accomplishing the IPP objectives.

Requirements:


  • Mandatory Live-Scan Clearance and TB test
  • CPR/First Aide certification are required upon job offer.

Schedule Available:
Full time NOC Shift: 11:00PM - 7:00AM
