Description

Business Analyst

**Indefinite contract, 5 days onsite in Charlotte, NC.

This role entails managing the imaging, storage, and review of intricate commercial loan documentation. You will accurately identify loan documents, index them, and upload them to the bank's electronic repository. Additionally, physical documents will need labeling and shipping to a secure offsite storage location. You'll learn and utilize necessary systems and technology for uploading, filing, and tracking sensitive bank documentation. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with internal partners and external counsel. Being a team player with keen attention to detail is crucial, along with the ability to work independently. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of syndicated loan documentation.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook
Ability to lift 30 lbs.
Familiarity with legal documentation
Experience in commercial or syndicated loans
Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
Aptitude for interacting with attorneys and internal business partners
Understanding of loan documentation
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
