Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Scheduler to join our team. The Production Scheduler will create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, supply chain management knowledge, and production planning experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth execution of the production schedule
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials and components
  • Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to generate purchase orders and production orders
  • Optimize production schedules to minimize lead times, reduce costs, and maximize efficiency
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review production plans, address issues, and make necessary adjustments
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the production process

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, lean manufacturing principles, and inventory control systems
  • Proficiency in using MRP software and other production planning tools
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Expected hours:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

  • Inventory: 1 year (required)
