If so, come join Hertz as a Customer Service Representative in our Village of the Branch location. This is a full-time position (1 year contract) at the Dresden Airport, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email
  • Creating rental agreements and selling additional products
  • Distributing and receiving rental vehicles
  • Participating in fleet planning

Your profile should include:

  • Practical experience in the service or tourism industry, hospitality, or a similar field
  • We welcome applicants with nontraditional backgrounds
  • Strong communication skills in German and good knowledge of English
  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
