- Provides technical support to the Quality and Quality Engineering functions.
- Conducts nondestructive examination (NDE) and quality control (QC) inspections on products to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Analyzes statistical data to identify deviations from standards and recommends improvements.
- Records inspection results and performs in-process or final inspections of products.
- Ability to work with inspection equipment such as Hard Gages, Microscopy, and various analyzers.
- Utilizes necessary equipment to inspect physical, dimensional, and chemical properties.
- Works on priority orders efficiently and accurately.
- Performs specialized technical tasks independently.
- Works with limited supervision.
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using inspection tools and analytical instrumentation.
- 3-5 years of experience or ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient in using computer software such as SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Skilled in reading specifications, operating procedures, and interpreting inspection criteria.
- Follows procedures for customer certifications and inspections.
