Job Summary/Job Purpose

This position administers the daily operations of a specific service shop and provides repair, incoming inspection, calibration, and maintenance services to medical and diagnostic equipment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Must be up to date on technological and medical advances.
  • Must have an up to date understanding of JCAHO and NFPA regulations.
  • Must have the ability to repair and maintain a wide variety of medical equipment

Computer Skills:
MS Office, Outlook proficiency.


Language Ability:
Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.


Math Ability:

Basic: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Degree Obtained:
Preferred

  • Bachelor's
  • Associate's
Military/Technical School Completion of Apprentice Program

Years of Experience
Seven (7) Years Related Experience
